One Account Per User Policy

Only one gt 30 account is permitted per person, family, household address, device, and IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
• Never allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact gt 30 Support immediately.
• Gt 30 will not be held liable for any account losses resulting from user negligence.

Withdrawal

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.

• Gt 30 typically processes withdrawals within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if unusual betting patterns are detected or a security review is required.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on gt 30 are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Please verify the odds, match details, and terms carefully before placing any bet.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Gt 30 reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet at its discretion.
• If a match is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, gt 30 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Once a match has started, no accepted bets can be cancelled under any circumstances.

Live Betting

During live betting on gt 30, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you click "Confirm Bet" are final. If a bet is processed late due to network issues, the odds at the time of processing will apply.

Parlay & Combination Bets

A parlay bet combines multiple matches into a single wager — you must win all of them, as losing even one means losing the entire bet. If any match is voided, it is removed and the remaining odds are recalculated. gt 30 allows a maximum of 15 selections in a single parlay.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gt 30 bonuses and promotions are specially designed for Bangladeshi users. However, each offer comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

Important Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only.
• Bonus bets are generally restricted to specific games or markets.

Account Closure & Suspension

Gt 30 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.

• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 24 months).

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting gt 30 Support. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance.

Limitation of Liability

Gt 30 is not responsible for the following:

• Losses on bets resulting from internet disconnection.
• Account security breaches resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Transaction failures caused by issues with third-party software or devices.
• Financial losses from betting — all wagers carry the risk of loss.

Gt 30 is committed to maintaining the highest quality of service; however, we are not liable for compensation in the event of temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues.
